- Definitions

“Customer, “you” – purchaser of goods from us
- Agreement & Acceptance
The terms and conditions of trade set out in this document, govern all of the supply of goods from us to you.
You are deemed to be accepting of these terms and conditions once you place an order or accept delivery of goods from us.
- Price & Payment
All prices are in Australia dollars. Pricing excludes GST.
Customer account holders will generally be given 30 days notice of any price changes, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment may be made by EFT (bank transfer), credit card, cheque, cash or paypal.
Customer account holders have thirty days from end of month following sale to make payment. We reserve the right to open, close, or suspend account credit terms.
If a customer account holder does not pay the account, then we reserve the right to refer the account to a debt collection agency and/or legal proceedings. The customer will be liable for all legal and associated costs.
- Transfer of Title/Ownership
Goods remain the legal ownership of Allegra until payment has been made in full.
- Delivery & Risk
Delivery is deemed completed once you have either collected goods from our premises or the applicable transport company makes delivery of goods to the customer nominated address as specified at time of order.
The supply of goods may be subject to availability, if an item is out of stock you will be notified and updated. Allegra cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by any stock unavailability.
Once delivery has been completed, all risk is passed to the customer, regardless if title has not transferred.
- Claims
You must inspect goods and notify us within 7 days of any alleged fault, defect, quantity or description discrepancy. We reserve the right to inspect the goods. On acceptance we will either replace goods or if unable to do so, provide refund.
We do not accept any liability for defective or damaged goods caused from:
- use outside of goods intended and designed purpose
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage after delivery
- inadequate maintenance
- Confidentiality
We will not without the prior written approval of you, disclose any of your confidential information, unless required to do so by law.
