Where are you located?

We’re based in Brisbane but send our bespoke LED lighting and contemporary cabinet and architectural hardware Australia-wide and can arrange international shipping. Contact us to find out more

I can’t find the right product, can you help?

We most certainly can. Simply get in touch via our contact form or call us on (07) 3180 8807, and we’ll be happy to help you find what you’re looking for.

Do you offer after-sales support?

Yes, we do. We’re always on hand to offer advice and guidance on fitting, installing and using our products.

What’s your usual delivery time?

Delivery can take 1 to 5 business days depending on where you’re located. If an item is out of stock, we’ll keep you updated.

Standard orders placed by 2 pm are sent on the same day you make your order.

Made-to-measure LED lighting orders take 1 to 3 days to make and send.

I need custom lighting in a hurry. Can you help?

Yes, of course! We pride ourselves on delivering what you need when you need it. Just let us know when you make your order or get in touch.

Can my made-to-measure LED lighting be installed directly into a cabinet?

Yes, it sure can. We get all the information we need from you during the ordering process to create LED lighting that is good to go. And if you need help once your lighting is delivered, we provide after-sales support.

Where else can your LED lights be mounted?

You’re only limited by your imagination! Cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, glass shelves, bathrooms, exteriors, residential, commercial, shops, bars, restaurants, hotels. We could go on! If you want to chat about your project or you’d like to know more about mounting options, get in touch.

What is the process for ordering made-to-measure LED lighting?

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  2. Follow the simple step-by-step guide to build your custom LED linear light fitting.
  3. Hit “order”!

What’s your returns policy?

We work hard to make sure you’re happy with our products. If you have any questions at all about your purchase or need guidance finding the right solution, we’re always happy to help. And if you need advice after you’ve made your purchase, we also provide after-sales support. All you need to do is get in touch.

If for some reason you need to return a product, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase. Your product must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase enclosed. In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

We don’t accept returns on made-to-measure products as they can’t be resold.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes! Our showroom is located at 477 Newman Road, Geebung, Brisbane QLD 4034. You can visit us between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Can you provide displays for my showroom?
